Quite simply, Rachel was the perfect night nanny and I would trust Rachel with William’s life. I have no constructive criticism to offer, only praise!

She was extremely caring, reliable and friendly and our little boy loved her. Rachel slotted in to our home dynamic with ease and discretion.

Rachel was able to offer developmental guidance and advice to us when needed without being pushy or interfering – something that we greatly valued as new parents. I felt she was intuitive to our baby’s needs as well as our own as parents.

She was instrumental in putting in place a positive bedtime routine for our child – William has predominantly slept through from around 10 weeks. Rachel also gave us invaluable advice with challenges outside of her night time duties, like teething, weaning, illness etc that helped to contribute towards a good sleep routine when it came to bed time.

Rachel gave us the opportunity to have a much needed physical and mental rest from the demands of parenthood – we could not express how lucky we are to have had Rachel work for us.

We have relocated to London and Rachel is greatly missed – we only wish we could have packed her in our suitcase!”

After interviewing multiple nannies, we were left in no doubt that we wanted Rachel to be our night nanny. Many of the night nannies appeared very apprehensive and almost overwhelmed at the prospect of nannying twins. Rachel however, seemed enthused and almost excited at the task in hand.
