"Our very own Marry Poppins. After interviewing multiple nannies, we were left in no doubt that we wanted Rachel to be our night nanny. Many of the night nannies appeared very apprehensive and almost overwhelmed at the prospect of nannying twins. Rachel however, seemed enthused and almost excited at the task in hand. Our first impressions of Rachel were how professional she was. Rachel arrived on time and was able to provide multiple references from a variety of different clients. Rachel was also more than happy to answer any questions we had by calling on her vast knowledge and wealth of experience. Overall, Rachel ticked all the boxes, credible, honest, experienced, knowledgeable, highly professional and extremely personable. Rachel settled in effortlessly and immediately helped to relieve a huge amount of pressure. Rachel personifies calmness, her presence alone helped create a relaxing atmosphere for the whole family let alone our twins. Extremely personable, caring and funny, Rachel immediately put us all at ease and became a pleasure to be around. Most importantly Rachel’s professionalism was truly flawless. Dependable and always on time Rachel took pride in her work. Rachel always made time to ask how the twins had been between visits and utilized her vast experience to guide us when required. Furthermore, Rachel always took time to ask how we were getting on as parents and reassure us that we were doing ok. We cannot recommend Rachel enough she has been worth her wait in gold and we would have no hesitation in recommending Rachel."
